Bill has managed cultivation facilities in multiple states and established and enforced Cultivation and Extraction KPIs on a national level.

Bill has overseen several cannabis fertigation/control systems - Growlink, Argus, Wadsworth, Agrowtek, Netaflex, et al. and has setup and ran several automated systems for flower packaging, vape filling, and labeling. Bill has directed state expansions and product launches in both flower & extract markets, including working with strategic partners to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Ian Wood has a decade of experience in the cannabis industry under his belt, having began his career in Santa Cruz under California’s Prop 215 framework and later expanding into Nevada’s adult-use market. Ian has hands-on experience in ethanol, hydrocarbon, solventless, and CO2 extraction methods at both laboratory and industrial scales in multiple states. He also specializes in optimizing post-processing techniques to ensure higher-quality extraction products that drive higher revenue.

Ian additionally focuses on equipment troubleshooting, optimization, and customization to improve process efficiency throughout an extraction facility. Additionally, he provides training and support to ensure seamless integration and operation of advanced cannabis extraction technologies.
